The map above shows my current clinic locations and further information is provided below. Clients are more than welcome from as far afield as they wish to travel – some travel from London, Portsmouth and Hastings – as long as their pet is not stressed by travel.

E-Consultations are available to Vets for dermatology cases throughout the UK (http://www.theskinvet.net/veterinary-surgeons/e-consultations/).

Colleague’s Comment:
“Not only is Charlie extremely knowledgeable and informative as a Veterinary Dermatologist, he conducts his clinics with time and care, not only to allow clients to understand the process he is taking their animals through, but also to educate (our) staff members on (the) rare and wonderful cases that he is able to diagnose. I have had the pleasure of working with Charlie on various patients, and his expertise does not go unnoticed, by staff and client’s alike. Thank you, Charlie.”

Other Information

In the event that a complicated case requires input from other visiting specialists it is sometimes possible for me to coincide my consultation with them. For example, this may be necessary for Video-otoscopy for recalcitrant Otitis cases or Feline Internal Medicine cases (Elise Roberston BSc BVetMed MAVSc Dip ABVP, www.felinevet.net and www.endoscopyvet.net), Behavioural dermatoses (Trixie Howard VN DipCABT DipNut, www.trixiespetbehaviourandtraining.com) or even Dental diseases (Rachel Perry BSc BVM&S MAVSc MRCVS, www.perrydentalvet.co.uk ).

Vets, please contact me if you are interested in discussing regular peripatetic consultations at your own clinic.

Clients, please ask your vet to contact me in the first instance for a formal referral. I will need to see your pet at one of  the clinics listed above. except under exceptional circumstances. You will be seen at the Dermatology clinic nearest to your usual veterinary practice as an external referral whenever this is possible and appropriate for the case concerned.

Colleagues Comments:
“Charlie has offered only the highest quality care to my feline referral patients and pet owners. Some of my complex medical cases arrive with many ailments, some who may require more in-depth dermatological assessments/investigations by a veterinary dermatologist. This collaborative relationship has maximised the quality of service I can offer to my clients and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He provides an extremely methodical and thorough service, something my feline clients not only deserve, but expect from a bespoke referral service. Thank you, Charlie, for offering a first class dermatology service for my clients’

Client Comments:

Many thanks Charlie! I appreciate your thoroughness!

Client Jill Dyson, Shih Tzu ‘Sasha’

‘Sally’ is very lucky to have a brilliant dermatologist.

Client: Mrs Val Leach, English Bull Terrier, ‘Sally’

Thank for you this morning, it was extremely helpful. Being able to see you within a 48-hour period was reassuring, most appointments were a 2 week wait. The extensive information sheets and your valuable knowledge have made me feel so much happier that although this condition cannot completely be eliminated, I now feel at least we can manage Mischa’s condition to keep her comfortable. Thanks again for seeing Mischa so quickly and the speedy receipt of your report.

Client Sue Knowles, Canine Hydrotherapist, with German Shepherd Dog ‘Mischa’

*I have complete clinical freedom from corporate practice prescribing constraints.
